"BIN" ANTI-STAIN PRIMER SEALER BIN PRIMER SEALER - ZINSSER An all-surface shellac-based primer sealer. Dries in 45 minutes. Improves quality of any paint job by combining 3 functions in 1 - (1) Primes flat white, gives tough flat white base that adheres to any surface, even hard-to-grip ceramic tile and glass. (2) Seals completely, closes pores of the most porous surfaces. Performs as an interior "vapor barrier" coating. (3) Kills stains, prevents bleed through of knots, sappy streaks, stained or varnished woodwork, stains from grease, soot, smoke, fire damage, crayons, water, etc. For use under any type of oil-based or latex paint. May be tinted with many "universal" tinting colours. Universal interior primer, limited exterior uses.
